Step 1 – Apply Online
Select the relevant Package and click on the Order Now link. Complete the required fields, Agree to our Terms and Conditions and Submit your application. You will receive an email with details of what documents you need to provide to us and the bank account details where to make payment. 

Step 2 – Make payment
Make the relevant payment to the account as detailed in the email you received. 

Step 3 – Submit Documents
Proof of payment together with the required documentation is to be scanned and emailed to sales@myservicesgroup.co.za or faxed to 086 764 3395 

• Proof of Payment
• CIPC Registration Documents e.g. CK 1 CK 9, CM or Trust docs (This may vary according to entity’s form of ownership). Proof of Black ownership if relevant. 
• Certified Copy of ID Documents of owners.
• Confirmation that company turnover is less than R 5 000 000-00 or that you are a start- up company that just commenced business. Examples of this are a Signed Financial Statement, Bank Statements or a Letter from Auditor / Accountant confirming turnover. 

Step 4 – Receive Certificate
On receipt of all completed and sufficient supporting documentation as well as payment, we will provide you with a EME BEE Certificate.
