Terms and conditions for the provision of EME BEE Certificate: -

This EME BEE verification agreement is between:-

My Services Group (Pty) Ltd and the Enterprise applying on line (hereinafter referred to as the client)

Definitions:- 

Meaning of the following words or phrases whether in the singular or plural, which are use in this agreement:
My Services Group – My Service Group (Pty) Ltd, its Directors, employees and agents.
The Client – The enterprise which applied on line, its directors, members, employees or any agent who represents the business.
BBBEE – Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment
BEE – Black Economic Empowerment

Services:-

My Services Group shall provide a BBBEE verification service in accordance with the BBBEE Act no 53 of 2003 (as amended), the Codes of Good Practice on BEE (as amended) verification manual as published on 18 July 2008 (as amended), and the joint statement made by the DTI and SAIPA on 26 April 2012 with reference to the verification of Exempted Micro Enterprises

Payment:-

Client shall be advised via email with the documents required as to the cost of the specific package; this amount is to be paid to My Services Group.
Payment shall mean final acceptance of this agreement.
An invoice will be emailed to the client or it’s agent on completion of the certificate.
No refunds will be made in the event payment has been made and the correct documentation has not been received.

Guarantee:-

My Services Group guarantees the client an EME BEE Certificate within 8 working hours, provided the following conditions have been met:-
All requested documentation has been provided to My Services group.
Proof of payment has been provided to My Services Group
Payment as per proof of payment reflects in the My Services Group bank account.
My Services Group will not be held responsible for events outside of their control i.e. power outages. Public or staff protests etc.

Termination:-

My Services Group may terminate this agreement should the client:-
Not supply the correct documentation after payment has been made within a period of 3 months.
Should it be considered that the documents could be false or there is clear mis-representation!
No refunds will be made under any circumstances.
Any termination to this agreement shall be without prejudice.

Term:-

This agreement shall be terminated once the EME certificate has been sent to the client via email, or in terms of the termination clause above.

Clients Responsibility:-

It is the clients’ responsibility to supply the information requested as per an email sent with regards to the services required.
